ITAD built for the west side of Houston
Katy sits where three counties meet: the city and its surrounding communities straddle Harris, Fort Bend and Waller counties along Interstate 10. East of the city limits, the Energy Corridor District stretches along I-10 from Kirkwood Road to west of Barker Cypress Road and is home to Westlake Park and the BP Americas headquarters, along with engineering, technology and service firms of every size.
That mix creates very different disposition needs. A corporate tower may be refreshing hundreds of engineering workstations at once, while a growing medical practice off the Grand Parkway may have a single closet of retired desktops and a decommissioned server. AVM handles both with the same process: secure transport, an audit with serial-level records, certified erasure with WipeOS to NIST SP 800-88 or DoD 5220.22-M, and physical destruction for any drive that fails to erase.
Our facility is in northwest Houston, close to Beltway 8 and US-290, so Katy and the Energy Corridor are a short run down Highway 6 or out I-10. Equipment that still has after-market value can be purchased by AVM, and everything that cannot be reused is recycled following EPA guidelines, with results posted to your private client portal.
