Asset Value Management Services, LLC ("AVM", "we", "us") provides IT asset disposition, data destruction and value recovery services from 4647 Pine Timbers St., Suite 135, Houston, TX 77041. This policy covers this website and the forms on it. Data processed on your equipment during our services is governed by your service agreement, not by this policy.

02Information we collect

Information you give us: when you request a quote, schedule a pickup, request a callback, use the value estimator or send a message, we collect what you enter, such as your name, company, work email, phone number, pickup address, equipment details, preferred dates and any file you attach (for example an inventory list).

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the referring page, used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to submit, sensitive personal information through the website forms.

03How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and coordinate pickups, and provide our services.

To follow up about your request by email or phone, and to keep records of our communications.

To protect the website and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.

To improve the website and our services using aggregated, non-identifying usage information.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

04How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes above:

Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where requests submitted through the site are recorded so our team can respond.

Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell people from automated abuse when you submit a form. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Maps, used to show our location and, where enabled, to suggest addresses as you type.

ElevenLabs, which powers the optional voice and chat assistant on the site. If you choose to use it, your conversation is processed by that provider.

Hosting, email and analytics providers that keep the site running and measure its use.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

05Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a small number of technologies needed for it to work and to protect forms, such as reCAPTCHA. We may also use analytics tools to understand traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work as intended.

06How long we keep it

We keep request and contact information for as long as needed to respond, provide our services, maintain business records and meet legal, tax and audit requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

07Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to stored requests and secured credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@avmsvc.com or calling 713-869-0200. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will respond as that law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

09Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
